This award will honour a large business which shows evidence of strong financial performance, a plan for, and evidence of, high level of corporate social responsibility, employing more than 20 staff, this business will offer a high level of local employment, evidence of strong employee support and training, internal promotions, employee reward schemes resulting in good record of staff retention and investment in innovation and/or continual process improvement.
