All dishes are freshly cooked to order, providing a mouth-watering range of tastes and textures. Lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce and chillies are key ingredients on the menu. Dishes are stir-fried using seafood, chicken, beef, duck and pork, but there are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, created with tofu, soy sauce and a wealth of different vegetable varieties. For those who are sensitive to chillies, dishes can be cooked mild, medium or hot. In addition to providing something to suit every palate and dietary requirement, the food here is also very healthy, with plenty of fresh vegetables in every dish.
